Living well while leaving a smaller footprint
When embarking on the adventure of building a house in a sensitive environmental zone, minimizing the impact to the environment as well as wallets was a top priority. The house has a rain water collection system, low UV windows, is composed entirely of environmentally friendly materials and upon its completion was rated as an Energy 5 Star home - the highest rating you can receive for a residential structure.
